Backup your entire Windows desktop workstation to our cloud first storage. This includes all files and folders, SQL servers, system state and allows for a full restoration in the event of a hard drive failure.
The following features apply.
- Windows desktop operating system. Does not include Server operating systems. Your machine may be your “server” but it has to be a desktop version of Windows like Widows 10 or Windows 11. Server OS is POA
- Maximum of 100Gb of data to be backed up. Folders can be configured to be excluded from the backup if you want to reduce storage size.
- Incremental backups every 2 hours (or a time-period agreed with Backup.nz)
- Option to include a local storage device for a local backup copy to increase speed of recovery. This drive is supplied by the end customer. This can be a simple USB drive plugged into your computer or a NAS located on the network.
- Full system state, folders and files, pictures, SQL servers… Everything on the computer to enable a complete clone of your existing computer.
- 30 days of history to recover from
- An option to have a “Virtual Drive” to enable your own file restores.
- If the Worst case situation occurs and you need to restore the entire computer, you can choose to be restored to a new “baremetal” box or loaded into a Hyper-V virtual machine.
